This Privacy Policy explains how Break Up With Me ("we," "us," or the "Site") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit breakupwithme.ai. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access to or deletion of your information and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
